Usage log guide for Tokaify console
The usage log gives you request-level history, consumption details, and billing information. With filters, summaries, and expandable rows, you can audit and troubleshoot individual requests.
View Summary Statistics
At the top of the page, you can usually see summary data for the current filter set.
- Total credit consumption
- Total token usage
- Request count or other aggregate metrics
These values update in real time as your filters change.
Filter Request Records
You can narrow down requests using multiple dimensions.
- Filter by time range
- Filter by token name
- Filter by model or group
- Search by request ID
- Search by source IP
If you are investigating a single abnormal request, request ID or a tight time range is usually the fastest way to isolate it.
Inspect Request Details
After expanding one record, you can review more detailed information for that request.
- Input and output tokens
- Request latency
- Status code
- Model information
- Billing breakdown
- Extended fields and request context
This is useful when you need to understand a charge, confirm which model actually handled the request, or diagnose slow responses and failures.
Switch Display Modes
The usage log usually supports multiple display perspectives.
- Switch between pricing view and multiplier view
- Customize visible columns
- Use compact mode to show more rows
If you care more about financial reconciliation, start with pricing view. If you care more about model cost structure, multiplier view may be more useful.
FAQ
Why can't I find a specific request
Check whether the time range, token name, model name, and request ID were entered correctly.
Why does the amount differ from what I expected
Expand the record and inspect the input tokens, output tokens, billing multiplier, and actual model information. For async tasks, detailed results are usually available in Task Log.
